First time on the bike since Sleepless in the Saddle 2 months ago and to 'ease into it' I did the Dragons back Trail with Andrew. Actually, we missed out the final climb as I was suffering by then and I don't think Andrew fancied it either.

Hard work, but good fin and I enjoyed the downhill bits!
